TISCRAL plates and sheets are wear-resistant, high-strength steel with a strong chemical composition containing carbon, manganese, silicon, and alloying elements such as chromium and nickel. The composition provides increased hardness, toughness, and resistance to corrosion. Mechanically, TISCRAL steel exhibits very good tensile strength, high yield strength, and better impact resistance, which suits heavy-duty applications. It possesses a hardness of approximately 200–250 BHN, providing long life in service under very hostile conditions.
